The Laino matching concept

How does the family matching system work?

Each Laino collection is designed around a signature print or color story, offered across different silhouettes for women, men, girls, and boys. This allows every family member to coordinate beautifully while still wearing a style made for them.

Do we all have to wear the exact same style?

Not at all. That is the beauty of Laino. One print can become a women’s one-piece, a bikini, men’s swim trunks, girls’ swimwear, boys’ trunks, or a cover-up. Your family can match without looking identical.

Can I mix pieces from different collections?

Yes. You can mix prints, solids, and silhouettes in the way that feels most natural to your family. For the most polished vacation photos, we recommend coordinating within the same collection or color palette.

Customization & special orders

Do you offer custom swimwear?

Yes. Many of our pieces are customizable, depending on the style and print availability. You can contact us for special sizing, custom family sets, group orders, events, or specific design requests.

Can I choose a different print for a style?

In many cases, yes. If the print is available, we can often create your preferred silhouette in that print. Please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.

Do you make matching looks for large families or special trips?

Yes. We love creating coordinated looks for family vacations, birthdays, honeymoons, photoshoots, and special celebrations. For larger groups, we recommend contacting us as early as possible so we can guide you with timing and availability.

Sizing & fit

How do I choose the right size?

We recommend checking the size guide for each style before ordering. If you are between sizes, we usually suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit, especially for children or fitted swimwear styles.

Can I ask for help with sizing?

Of course. If you are unsure, send us your measurements or the sizes you normally wear and we will help you choose the best option before placing your order.

What fabrics do you use?

Our swimwear is made with high-quality stretch fabrics selected for comfort, movement, vibrant color, and durability. Many of our fabrics include UPF 50+ sun protection, fast-dry performance, and a soft second-skin feel.

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship within Colombia, to the United States, and internationally. Shipping options and delivery times may vary depending on your destination.

How long does it take to process my order?

Most orders require 2 to 5 business days for processing before shipping. During high-volume periods, custom orders, or special promotions, processing may take longer.

How long does delivery take after my order ships?

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days within Colombia and the United States after the order has shipped. International orders generally take around 3 to 5 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses?

No. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses. Please provide a valid physical shipping address at checkout.

Returns, exchanges & order issues

What is your return policy?

Because many of our pieces are swimwear and/or made to order, we do not accept standard returns or offer refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lainoswimwear.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and help make it right.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

If your order has not yet entered production or shipped, we will do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes to the order or delivery address.

Are sale items refundable?

No. Sale items, discounted items, promotional items, and final sale pieces are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

International duties & taxes

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges, or carrier processing fees depending on the destination country. These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

What happens if I refuse delivery?

If a package is refused or returned to us, any refund or credit will be reviewed after the package is received back and may exclude original shipping, return shipping, duties, taxes, or carrier fees.
