Returns & Exchanges

Because many Laino Swimwear pieces are made-to-order, custom, or produced in limited quantities, we are unable to accept standard returns or refunds.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, style, color, print, shipping address, and customization details.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or cancellation once production has started:

  • Made-to-order pieces
  • Custom sizing
  • Custom styles or design changes
  • Custom prints or personalized requests
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased with promotional codes
  • Items purchased with store credit

Exchanges

We want you to love your Laino piece. Size exchanges may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the item, availability, condition, and whether the piece was custom or made-to-order.

To request an exchange, please contact us at info@lainoswimwear.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and reason for the request.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, sunscreen, or damage, and returned with all original tags, liners, and packaging when applicable.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@lainoswimwear.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, packaging, and defect or mistake

If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will repair, replace, exchange, or provide another appropriate solution depending on the situation and product availability.

Quality Review

All damaged or defective item claims are subject to review. The review process may take up to 15 business days after we receive the required information or item for inspection.

Damage caused by normal wear, incorrect care, misuse, alteration, accidents, or failure to follow care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for standard returns, sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, incorrect address entry, delayed carrier delivery, customs fees, or final sale items.

If a refund is approved in an exceptional case, it will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, carrier fees, and processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Because many items are made-to-order, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once the order has been placed or production has started.
