Shipping policy
At Laino Swimwear, each order is carefully prepared with attention to detail. Many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in small batches, so processing time is part of our fulfillment process.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include weekends, holidays, or carrier transit time. During high-volume seasons, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
U.S. Shipping
We ship within the United States mainly through FedEx. We may also use USPS, DHL, or another trusted carrier when necessary.
Estimated U.S. transit time is usually 2–5 business days after the order has shipped.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside of our control.
U.S. Shipping Rates
- Free U.S. shipping on orders over $150 USD.
- Shipping rates for orders below the free shipping threshold will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, carrier, customs process, and local delivery conditions.
International orders may be shipped through FedEx, DHL, USPS, or another available carrier depending on the destination.
Customs, Duties, Taxes & Carrier Fees
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, carrier processing fees, or other charges required by the destination country or carrier.
These charges are not controlled by Laino Swimwear and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.
If a package is delayed, held, or returned because duties, taxes, or customs fees were not paid by the customer, Laino Swimwear is not responsible for those charges or delays.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Laino Swimwear is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. Laino Swimwear is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, stolen packages, or issues caused by incorrect delivery information.
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly first. You may also contact us at info@lainoswimwear.com and we will do our best to help you with the claim process.

We do our best to ship orders within the estimated processing time. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you using the email provided at checkout.
