Shipping policy
Most of our orders are delivered through FedEx standard shipping. For US orders, we now offer faster processing times, and once the order is shipped, it will take 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Please note that it will still take about 2 to 5 business days for the items to be ready to ship.
For worldwide orders, we also offer improved processing times, with delivery taking approximately 3 to 5 business days once the order is shipped. Similarly, please allow 2 to 5 business days for the items to be ready to ship.
We deliver shipments from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Additionally, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO addresses. All orders are subject to address verification, and a direct signature may be required upon delivery.
During Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales, please allow an additional 5-10 days for shipping.
TAXES AND DUTIES
For customers in Canada, the UK, or Europe, please be aware that you are likely to incur customs duties and taxes imposed by your customs department. These additional costs are your responsibility to pay and generally amount to approximately 20-30% of your total order value. Customs duties and taxes vary between countries, so we recommend checking with your local Customs Office for more information. Laino is not responsible for these charges.
In the event that you choose not to accept your delivery and opt for a “Return To Sender,” including situations involving duties and taxes, please note that Laino can only refund the order value, minus both outbound and inbound shipping fees.
